Erica Pauly

Founder

Meet Erica

Erica graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Rhetoric and Composition. She is an avid runner who enjoys running half marathons and the occasional full marathon. She resides in Gilbert, AZ with her husband (Brent) of 15 years, son (Triston), and daughters (Fiona and Eden).

When she's not staring at, and analyzing, data sheets she can be found outside while homeschooling her three children. She believes that nature and literature are the best teachers of all and that play, wonder and curiosity are the baseline to growth understanding, problem solving and work ethic (after all, that’s how Track That Advisor began in the first place…a healthy dose of wonder and curiosity). The Pauly's are active members of their local church and have a huge heart for missions, both overseas and local.

Molly Pierce

Chief Executive Officer

Meet Molly

Molly joined the Track That Advisor team in 2017. She is passionate about helping advisors and their teams find efficient ways to track their businesses and grow to their maximum potential. She is an avid people person and genuinely cares about each person she works with and wants the team to feel like she is their ally in all things tracking.

Molly graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Economics. She resides in Arizona with her husband Connor and their two sons Gunnar and Casey. They are zealous outdoors people and spend most of their time boating, hiking, running, quading in the Sand Dunes, or just digging in the dirt outside.

Colton Sheley

Chief Operating Officer

Meet Colton

Colton joined the Track That Advisor team in 2021, having 10 years of experience in financial services and the property & casualty insurance industry. Colton is a native of Arizona and graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Economics.

When he’s not analyzing data, creating solutions or handling projects he loves spending time golfing, hiking, traveling, tasting craft beer, or finding the best pet friendly brunch restaurants with his wife Ashley and two dogs, Wrangler & Meeko.

Aaron Lynch

Chief Marketing Officer

Meet Aaron

Aaron joined the Track That Advisor team in 2026 with a passion for driving partner growth. Leveraging his background in corporate sales and marketing, Aaron was drawn to the team by the opportunity to help advisors understand their data, uncover actionable insights, and scale their businesses.

Aaron graduated with a Bachelors in Education and an MBA with a Minor in Finance. He lives in Arizona with his amazing wife Kristine and their two daughters Emily & Lauren. Aaron loves to mountain bike, hike, spend time with family and friends, and watch soccer.

Steven Morgeson

Lead Systems Engineer

Meet Steven

Steven graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Mathematics. Steven is a native of Kentucky having grown up in a small rural town with a population less than 4,000 people.

When he isn’t at work, he can often be found in the Red River Gorge rock climbing or playing tournaments for card and video games. Steven also enjoys building anything technology related, from computers to intricate robots that help accomplish mundane tasks.

Kaden Gray

Financial Data Manager & Analyst

Meet Kaden

Kaden graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a focus in artificial intelligence in data science along with a minor in Statistics. He is a Kentucky native from Corbin, but now lives in Lexington with his wife and their cat Ginger.

When Kaden isn’t spending time at work, he can still be found behind the computer playing video games and staying connected with his friends. Whenever he isn’t behind the computer, Kaden is spending time with his wife, reading books and keeping his mind and body active in nature as much as possible.

Andrew Larson

Financial Data Manager & Analyst

Meet Andrew

Andrew’s career began in Boston, Massachusetts where his Music Therapy degree led him to settings where he discovered a passion for enabling client-facing services via data management and workflow optimization. This sparked a career of supporting his teams with streamlined operations. Along the way, Andrew encountered many use-cases for programmatic principles which prompted him to return to school for a Bachelor’s in Software Engineering.

Andrew is currently based in Wisconsin where he and his wife enjoy taking walks in the woods, gardening with their wonderful children, and tracking down their elusive cat. In his free time, Andrew can be found sketching, listening to music, and thinking about how to tactfully steer his next conversation toward spreadsheet formulas, Lord of the Rings trivia, or some bizarre combination of the two.

Jennifer D’Acosta

Executive Assistant & Marketing Manager

Meet Jennifer

Jennifer graduated from The University of Arizona, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She is a native of Arizona, and lives in Gilbert, AZ with her husband (CJ), their two boys, and their sweet dog (Scout).

When Jennifer is not behind the computer, you can find her at the baseball fields cheering on her kids and spending time with family and friends. Jennifer also loves exploring the great outdoors by running, hiking, mountain biking, and backpacking.

Camille Cote

Client Engagement & Marketing Specialist

Meet Camille

Camille graduated from American University in Washington D.C. with a degree in Musical Theatre Performance and Business. She spent much of her life moving every 2-4 years but now calls Los Angeles, CA home. She blames the intersection of a nomadic upbringing and her theatre kid lifestyle for why she has spent the past seven years working in client engagement leadership roles. She can truly talk to anyone and everyone and loves every opportunity to make someone’s day.

When she’s not running a discovery call she can usually be found playing one of her three instruments (piano, guitar, and mandolin) or hitting the nearest bike path. She is an avid traveler and loves any opportunity to be reminded of the vastness of the world.

Charity McAuley

Client Gifting & Event Coordinator

Meet Charity

Charity is the Client Gifting and Event Coordinator with a strong passion for creating meaningful, memorable experiences. With a background as a registered nurse for the past 16 years, she brings exceptional attention to detail, compassion, and care into every client interaction. Charity has been married to her husband Ryan, for over 20 years, and together they are raising two boys. Outside of work, their family enjoys camping, 4 wheeling and fishing, embracing time outdoors and together. God is a central part of their lives and guides both their personal values and professional approach.

Sarah Casey

Director of HR & Business Operations

Meet Sarah

Sarah is a Chicago native (Go Cubs Go!) who now calls Arizona home. She’s married to her high school sweetheart, Mika, and they have a full house with three kids - Kylie, Kyra, and Cub - along with a goldendoodle, sphynx cats, and guinea pigs.

Her passion for human resources, organization, and supporting employees grew from owning and operating a small business with her husband for 15 years. That experience shaped her people-first approach and appreciation for an efficient, well-run workplace.

When she’s not working or on mom duty, you’ll find her thrift shopping, catching up on her favorite shows, or enjoying the outdoors.

Amanda Robl

Meet Amanda

Amanda graduated from The University of Sioux Falls in South Dakota with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She grew up in South Dakota, but has lived in Arizona as well and currently resides in Colorado with her husband Matt and four girls.

Amanda keeps busy outside of work homeschooling her four girls. You can also find her skiing, hiking, running, & biking-anything outdoors. Gardening and spending time with her family and church friends is also a must for Amanda.

Brent Pauly

Finance Manager

Meet Brent

Brent joined the TTA team in 2022, having 10 years COO experience in the travel industry. His business administration degree from Azusa Pacific University, and his passion for streamlining processes into profit, filled a need that TTA had.

The truth is, as Erica’s husband of 17 years, he found himself as the de facto TTA business advisor and finally opted to get paid for it. He enjoys triathlons (he has ostensibly committed to remotely consider an Ironman), mountain biking and being homeschool dad for his three kids during the week.

Laura Miller

Meet Laura

Laura grew up in Pennsylvania. After graduating from university she moved to Southeast Asia where she lived for 16 years. While there she adopted two boys, met her husband and had two more children.

She now lives with her family in Arizona where she spends her time homeschooling and chauffeuring her children to their various activities.
