How It Works
First, we will do a fact-finding phone conference to decide if Track That Advisor is a good fit for your business.
Standard trackers and Business Profitability Profile
We will schedule an all-day video conference training session to roll out new company trackers. We train your entire team during that call and personalize the trackers as much as possible.
Once the new trackers have been delivered to your team and you have a chance to use them, we will follow up to make sure your team is comfortable with continued use. If we ever encounter an issue the Track That Advisor Support office will be available for additional training, or to answer your questions/concerns.
Monthly scrubbing and communication with your team, tracker/technical support
On an ongoing basis, we will check in with your team and the trackers by reviewing the Tracker Genie to make sure your team is accurately completing data entry. If at any point your team needs assistance the Support office is always available. As part of this ongoing follow up we will report any issues uncovered by the Tracker Genie and report them back to your team for correction or modification.
The Tracker Genie is a specifically designed system that will help guide you through the data entry process. Tracker Genie predicatively understands the sales process and will help guide your team to enter integral data which leads to fewer entry errors and more accurate data analysis on your monthly statistics. The Tracker Genie was designed to assist in ensuring all dashboards, reports, and coaching calls are providing accurate data.
